| reply to BIGMIKE I ditched EarthStink after piss poor service from reps in both the Philippines (customer service) and in India (tech support). Neither case did I speak to a sole in the U.S. and neither could think beyond their phone scripts.
When I called to cancel my service, the rep REFUSED to document my reason: outsourcing! I tried several times, but he kept trying to steer me toward other issues (e.g., I moved, simply wanted another provider, didn't like the service, etc.). With reps REFUSING to document the number of users fleeing from bad foreign outsourcing, the executives certainly cannot have all the facts and figures about the impact of their outsourcing decision.
