Can't find an adaptor for Linksys WMP54G antenna

I need to find an adaptor to connect a panel antenna to
a Linksys WMP54G NIC. The antenna uses a TNC connector.
The NIC uses something different which I cannot identify.
Can anyone help me out?

 It's probably a RP-SMA connector on the NIC.

You need to find out what kind of connector is on the antenna, it may be TNC but is it male or female (most antenna's come with a type N connector).

Then get a pigtail or have one made.
