| Constantly getting kicked off home dsl network
Ok. Here's my story. I have a toshiba satellite with integrated wifi. I have been using it for months on a T1 system just fine. Now I have moved back home where we have one main computer set up to the dsl home portal. I talked to the dsl guys and was able to set up my laptop with the encryption key to work with the portal without using their wireless card, since i have the wifi already.
However, every two minutes, and i DO MEAN EVERY TWO MINUTES it jumps networks. Since I need an encryption key to access any of the other ones, I took all the others that aren't mine. So now, it just jumps off my network and tells me there are many network connections available and every two minutes I have to resign on.
I am getting very frustrated and I can't figure out how to get this to work. Please help! |
