To get to be any type of Beta tester for AOL you need to go to Keyword: Beta and it will ask you to fill out a form and in a day or so you will be approved after you sign away your first born male to them.... Only after that will you get occasional invitations to use their VOIP service. They also are testing a new version of a web browser and other stuff.
