Perhaps the original poster's first language isn't English, in which case I'd say he's done quite a good job of learning a second language. On the other hand, if English is his first language, I agree with subsequent posters about this being indicative of the quality (or lack thereof) of the educational system.

However, forum members might also want to keep in mind that not everybody in this forum is an American or is posting from the U.S. (including me). There should at least be a modicum of tolerance for those who are trying to communicate in what, for them, is a foreign language.

As for the substance of the post: Why would a business continue to provide service to someone who doesn't pay? I can understand Vonage's position, particularly when they're probably faced with this issue many, many times each day.
