said by Keizer : said by howie : Thanks for the update! I've had the Platinum Radio subscription for over a year now and really enjoy it... I especially like the era radio where you can play music from any year you choose (1960's-now).
What, no Beatles??

Isn't that amazing? I think they have 13 Beatles tunes with some other lead singer. No REAL Beatles tunes. -- If you don't know where you're going, you'll end up someplace else. |

Yes, I saw that too. It seems that with most other artists that there's a very good selection. I think Michael Jackson owns the rights to most Beatles tunes and probably wanted too much for the right to use them... who knows. It's a good thing I already own every Beatles CD. As for the 90-some dollars a year subscription to OnDemand, it comes to about $8 a month (about a quarter a day). The fact that you have instant access to over 650,000 songs (no Beatles, though) really doesn't make it a bad deal, IMO. -- I could be wrong, now... but I don't think so! - Adrian Monk |

Try to find a Grateful Dead tune on MM. I like MM well enough but when my subscription runs out I'll probably try another service. -- If you don't know where you're going, you'll end up someplace else. |
