Re: ZoneAlarm Pro 5.1 problems I forgot to mention that I did send your comments into the company. To see if any other users are seeing this. I've not seen any other reports that are similar. But granted I've be laying low lately. And only do a bit of minor reading in the forums.
The reason I posted my link. Is I get tired of posting the same links. Especially when there already listed in one place. Also the "spam" blocker here hates seeing offsite sites being posted more than once. No matter how helpful the site may be. And posting previous threads with the links sometimes confuses users. Because they feel the previous thread doesn't relate to there current problem.
That and it's a new easier to use link. lol.:)
You may not need to use the old long instructions to get effectiveness though. Let me find the new easy instructions and post it here.
Goto START then RUN then browser for your ZoneLabs folder. Find the uninstall .exe pictured above. Then type a space after the last " then /CLEAN After this hit the ok button you should now see the next capture I posted.
Remember DO NOT uninstall your firewall software while connected to the internet. Unless using a router. This could lead to a worm infection - if a router isn't in use.
