You must not download music then! If AOL charged you $49.95 for dialup, you would probably think you're ripping THEM off!

Umm, no. So this must mean that you're downloading ~500 GB per month? That's a hell of a lot of music. Cable company says, "Gee, lets double our download speeds so our customers can download a terabyte a month, but of course we'll have to enforce our secret download cap".
