@brachs.com		 Spectrum24 AP Problems

I have a Spectrum24 ap-2411, but every time I plug the power the status led blinks it stops and the other go on, and strat to turn off from right to left.

Any body knows waht kind of problem I have?
And How I can resolved?

I already have another AP connected at the same port with the same cable and it works very fine.
