PSN at bay area: NO HOPE

The biggest mistake I have made is to subscribe PSN.net DSL service without checking the review at dslreports.com. They installed my DSL on 9/20/00, since then, my connection speed is even slower than my old 56K modem. When I called the tech support and waited for more than 1 hour, the answer I got was "There is a problem in the whole bay area, and we don't know when it will be solved." What kind of answer is that? I emailed their tech support, I called the customer service. No response from them. Interesting enough, when I pull out the email sent from PSN when I request information about their DSL service, the following sentence is in the email:

Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before one year you may do so at no cost and return the modem . or keep the modem and pay $299.00 (the cost of the modem).
If you have any more questions or are ready to order, please call me or send me an email with a number and a good time to contact you. I look forward to hearing from you and servicing your broadband needs.

I already use planetfeedback.com's service to send a letter to their CEO, filed a complaint on Phoenix BBB, wrote a letter to Arizona Attorney General, and I will keep you posted on what happen. The bottom line: I want full refund!
