Excellent condition, no screen scratches no body scruffs. It was always parked in a leather case (included and pictured) or in the hard wired cradle in my wife's van (included and pictured).
Cradle part will also be included - basically, I reused the whole kit except the cradle which I ordered directly from Motorola as a replacement part for wife's new V600 (two (cups) are not compatible, unlike chargers and cradles..). If you decide to purchase a hard wired kit - it is available from Motorola or ebay and you will have a spare cup  . By the way - these hard wired kits work GREAT and easy to install on your own.
Original batch of v60i(s) had all sorts of problems, despite the fact we did not, we had Verizon to replace our original one for this and it has been trouble free for us. Battery holds a very good charge, it is a regular one - from what I understood extended versions can double or triple but we never had a need for it..
