like has been stated earlier, the biggest reason things are happening in LA now is because of the municipal battle. if it wasn't there it would take 3-5 months to see any change.

clubs:		 I know that. Lafayette is about an hour away, or an hour and 30 minutes away depending on how fast you drive. I am well aware of what is going on there.
