Having your Firewall tab internet security tab set to high is a good thing.
"also when new programs want to acces the net the pop up thinkg comes up and asks me to eitehr allow or deny...and when i click allow and make it to remember it should i just leave it at that or go to prgram list and disable some stuff to make me sore "secure""
Look at the recommendation the software makes in regards to this. The pop up near the bottom will have a suggestion with a link to more information.

Test at various testing sites. Some of which have been listed above. Those links and other testing links can be found here test.iggyz.com

This is just an indication that your computer is online and that approved programs are doing what they do on the network. It's an indication of traffic coming in and going out on your pc.
