Normally Packet Flooders are considered malicious utilities and gets slapped as Trojan by many AV systems even though they don’t actually do harm to the users who actually uses it. Password Recovery Utilities also innocent which gets slapped as a Trojan, so if you see Packet Flooders for instance being detected as Trojan,
