Back Orifice Questions

I had to do a system restore then went on to re apply all my software on my comp. Just yesterday I put spybot back on my reformated computer and ran it. Came up with Back orifice which i fixed.
I am wondering though, can something like back orifice stay on after I do a complete system restore, reformat the disk and all?
And I've never had that before. I did not use email so I guess I picked it up by going to an infected web address. Any info on this would be appreciated

Please post your Spybot S and D log that has the entries for this back orfice and tell us what version of sypbot you are running and what update it has when you ran sypbot.

Also in sypbot you can still find those files called back orfice in the restore folder.

I would like to know the name and path for those files and then we could better answer your question.
