| Our SDSL is smokin fast!!
I highly recommend Cyberstation for business users like myself. We have a small graphics design firm with 12 computers in our office. We send and recieve a lot of large files, and host our own web and mail server. I ordered the SDSL after talking to Cyberstation's owner, Chris Salmon, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all of our questions without sending us to a different department or having to "get back to you on that" the way the SWBell people did. We got the 1 megabit SDSL service for only $260.00 p[er month, which was also less expensive than most of the people we looked at. It is SMOKIN' fast !!! We had ISDN before and this is like a whole different world.
The line was installed about 4 weeks after we ordered it, we got the premium install and the IP Communications technicians that came to our site were very fast and professional. We were up and going that same day and have not had a lick of trouble since then. We had some questions about setting up our router to do mail and web service and James, a cst technician, walked me right through it without any problems. I also like the way Cyberstation actually answers the phone when you call, instead of putting you on hold. When we have left voice mail with them, they always call back, which personally I prefer over waiting on hold.
Overall I have to give Cyberstation "two thumbs up" on service, speed, and support.
