Hahaha

Its about government not commercial sites. And the funny thing is some of those were frequently defaced. Which its not funny but the response of those agency's whose sites were defaced. I think I read in news that those agency stated they are not bothered if their websites are defaced since they don't rely on it. Which is a bad thing to say publicly. Then there is the updating those websites problem. Some of them haven't being update for quite awhile.

haha....i know that is true coz my office company website has not changed it index page since 2002. But the products have been updated recently though

yeah, look at the JPJ website - english version (or what they think is the english version, i doubt english speaker will agree). it's a shame.
furthermore their complaint form does not work at all - who programmed this page - the bosses' 12 yr old son?
