Thats the beauty of big business. They reserve the right to give an area their service, and if they dont want to give that service you sure as hell better not do it on your own. Absolutely amazing that theyre allowed to prevent progress in an area because theyre simply waiting for it to become (more) profitable. Its not amazing however, to see the government allowing it to happen. Since there is no strong worker/peoples party, the big business party (RepublicanDemocrat Big Business Party) will certainly cater to their big business buddies.
It should not suprise us things are this way. Whats actually more sad is that the vast majority thinks things are fine like this. The Big business party certainly has public opinion at their beck and call. |
