| My Goodness! I can understand wanting to make sure employees are working when they are supposed to be, but is it their business every time I have to use the toilet? Anyway, what's to keep me from just leaving my cell phone at my desk? Or just refusing to have one at all?
Productivity should be the measure of how much work an employee does, not whether he is at his desk every second of his work day.

Should array indices start at 0 or 1? My compromise of 0.5 was rejected without, I thought, proper consideration.
