Do we drive cars everywhere at 200mph?

When dragracers in the early 1960s starting with Kent were breaking the 200mph in the pro drag racing circuit did we see cars in the consumer marker that broke the 200mph mark, no? And even now, only a hand full of exotics with 150k being the cheapest can break this mark while still being street legal, not counting the 4, 6cyl and rotary cars that broke the mark on the flats. The question is with cars that can go over 200mph where can we drive at these speeds, I think so far interstate 80 in the US, the autobahn and of course any other 8 lane highway in the world that stretches for more than 600 miles. And even there we will probably need to take up at least two lanes while turning.

Why am I saying this, because this compares to the practicality of that 124pbps/pbmps mark. Even though it is not practical and achievable with most of our connections, it is nice to nice that our current technology can go those speeds. And even if someone does use those speeds on internet1, where can it be used practically? But that does not mean it will impractical forever.;)

Not really a good analogy. Cars are limited by external reasons such as safety. Bandwidth does not have that consideration.
