What speeds do you offer?

WOW, there sure are a lot of people talking on this forum.
I just want to know what are the speeds that Isomedia offers. The website is unclear, it says $19.99 1.5 download. I really do not care that much about the download but i am very interested in the upload speeds that you have and how much all the packages cost and the contract and the fees, etc. Someone called me from Isomedia but she told me something about its available in my area but she didnt tell me that much about the services and all that so i just want to know what you guys have. (thinking about switching to isomedia:))
