Federal Way, WA | What is cfgbkend.exe?
This (cfgbkend.exe)is located in XP(home)Windows-System32 and has been trying to get access out through ZAF.
Does anyone know what this is? A Google search shows no references.

Sounds like it could be malware. You should probably submit the file to the various vendors (www.dslreports.com/faq/8428#submit)
If you want a quick answer to what this is, email the file to submit@misec.net - I'm working for another couple of hours until lunch so I will be able to have a look at the file.

I did run TrojanHunter 3.9 and it said it may be a posible trojan downloader.
I have the EXE and the DLL. Are these what you need?

Yes, please submit all files that you think are relevant. TrojanHunter 3.9 is an outdated version that is no longer updated - you should definitely upgrade to version 4.

I just upgraded my TrojanHunter to version 4 and (cfgbkend.exe) is identified as trojan (Adware.Txf.100)!
