Fresh Meadows, NY | Spent 30 min holding then 1.5 hours on the phone with the tech. He tried a few things, but it did not make much difference. He says that it could be due to my slow line (speed tests show ~300Kbits upload speed. He says I need 90Kbytes for best codec. Is this true? He escalated the ticket since he says I am one of the first people to call with that new wireless TA. Lets see what happens... |

I have the PAP2 and have not experienced any noise on my line with Vonage. |

| My new PAP2 is dead quite... No issues at all.

| I have installed a ton of these wireless products. Issues usually have to do with microwaves ( Ovens, Panasonic Spread Sprectum Phones, Other 2.4 gig products, blue tooth). My best guess after reading 10 of the first issues is that the wireless access points are too close especially in the intergrated products. I have two clients that I set this up and the wireless access point and the Vonage box are apart 10 Feet. I think that the intergrated broad band equipment should be recalled and seperated...
