| fiber on my line?
i Just recently ordered DSL from DSLexpress. They activated it and everything. But they also said that i have fiber on the line and that i don't need a DSL modem. so the day of the activation comes and i run my cat6 from my patch panel all the way to the out side of the house where the NID (Network Interface Device) is. Open the NID and don't find any fiber or anything that looks like an RJ45 jack. i was told that is all i have to do. Plug my cat5 into the NID and plug the other end into my router. any ideas? |
