| The speed that the service is locked at is what your line is able to handle. Even if you sign up for the 768/768 doesnt mean your line will be able to hand it due to distance and noise on the line.
Thats the thing with DSL that you do not get with cable modem 
But as far as NEN providing support here i havent seen anyone of their tech employees here expcept a sales rep in the ISP B2B Forum and the Business Connectivity Forum. His name is Mark.
