convert b&w
set mode to darken
flatten image
optikverve pro photographer plugin (free)
dup layer
local contrast enhancement (usm) w/ edit>fade
curves adjustment layer, painted only to show in sky. Layer duplicated
flatten image
dup layer
nik color efex polarization filter, only sky painted to show
hue/sat - desaturate, only sky painted to show
flatten image
dup layer
gassuian blur to remove posterization from sky
flatten image
filter > charcoal (w/ edit fade)
maximum filter (w/ edit fade)
dust'n'scratches (w/ edit fade)
image size
shadow/highlight tool, sky painted back in to reverse effect
slight USM
filter emboss (w/ edit fade)
crop tool for canvas size
