that is WITH cable TV and that is not the normal package...normal is 3000/256 for $42 IF you own your cable modem.

That's because the telcos round up when they advertise their DSL product's connection speed. Yah, I know, it's the PPoE overhead thing but with Comcast I actually get the advertised speeds, even during the Internet rush hour.
