Basically your cpe is seeing CRC errors on the line... could be a line card issue or just a poor line.

Contact your telco to advise them of the situation and to investigate further.

I called Qwest.net and they said that I'm 1300 feet from the dslam and there is nothing they can do. how can i get them to check some things. the line Moseley goes down when I'm downloading or using heavy gaming.

I ran a line straight to my modem and disconnect all the other wiring at the box.

yikes... well... if they are saying that... i dont think there is much you can do apart from ask them to escalate it as you want someone from their diagnostics/second line to take a look at it. Unfortunately, if THEY dont want to look at it, there is not much that can be done.

25 000:03:08:28 ADSL Alarm Local SNR Margin: 7.0dB

You are marginally over the cut off here.

So escalating it and making a fuss should get it looked at it but there might not be a solution for this. If someone who uses quest can advise on this, it would be appreciated.
