MLB.tv is a 9.95/month broadband streaming service of all the baseballs games including all the special content on their page. The one downside is you cannot watch local games on the service, but there is ways around it. I believe it is cheaper for me to buy the service then order cable just so I can watch the local baseball games. There is a couple sec delay, but I assume that is the fact of encoding the content is cpu-intensive. If there is a service out there to just get a few select cable channels, I will all for it instead of paying $40/month for channels that I will never use. |
