| This is probably a case of accidently changed settings. If you call into tech support for something like this, you will end up with a headache and a lot of wasted time convincing Tier 1 that something is wrong with SBC's settings for you.
What you should do is register here (it's free) and start a new thread explaining your problem in the SBC Direct forum where official SBC techs work to fix DSL problems. The forum is completely confidential. Only you and the online techs can read your thread. |
