can we please leave the homophobic gay bashing language somewhere else please?
Are you gay? If so, I am looking for left minded people in Canadian Politic. There's usually one or two same-sex marriage threads were people like me fight against closed Christians and bigots.

I know just how you feel. I stopped downloading illegal music/movies a long time ago. My roommates moved in and used up all my bandwidth using Kazaa/BT (literally - there were times when I couldn't even load basic web pages because they would time out they were hogging so much of our connection) so I setup a m0n0wall box and enabled bandwidth throttling to keep that from happening. Then I start hearing about all these lawsuits so I blocked the ports commonly used by P2P apps and they bitched and moaned and I told them either live with it or order their own internet service. My roommate bitched that he used BT to download legal stuff so I gave them back BT and they shut-up about it - I just discovered though that my roommate's gf (whom keeps her laptop here) was downloading Simpson's and X-Men cartoons off of BT so I shut down BT again and said told my roommate that he promised they were trustworthy and that they wouldn't download anything illegal but since they can't keep up that end of the deal they can't use BT.
