[TWC] Road Runner Firmware Update

Does anyone have the file for a cable modem update model SB5100.

I AM NOT calling time warner as i hate their tech support, and I was on hte phone on hold for an hour yesterday wanting to request one but i hung up. Anyone got one?

Columbus, OH		 Sorry, but it ia not possible to update the firmware of an SB5100 except from the WAN side.
