You have GOT to be kidding!

They need to get Verizon's approval before making changes/upgrading. Any time they ask Verizon will say 'Oh we can do it better'. And the tone of it sounds like competition is being removed. (going to another carrier would be change, so they would have to ask for approval?!?!)

I agree completely, call/contact the PA Governor on this. NOW!
