One could but why go through the trouble? Is you time worthless? Mine isn't. Where I don't agree with what they do or how they do it I don't have the time to steal it's just easier to be selective at iTunes or get cheap CD's from Wally World |

I fail to see how other (already existing) media players (assuming files downloaded from Weed can only be played on proprietary players) will even care about DRM. Weed player -> digital output (or even better, a sound capture program) -> record -> save -> hey presto, naked mp3.
