We have demo'd 4 different voip providers over the past 15 months and not one of them has been usable. This product is still not able to be stream lined and as such it is in all practicality unusable. I strongly recomend you use caution and call their existing customers before committing to a voip company. In addition, you'll find that most of the time when you dig deep enough, the Voip department consists of one 20 year old and they have maybe one customer, YOU!
Its the wave of the tomorrow, but its not tomorrow yet.
