 Anon | 24x7 tech support here only for business
While DSL reports says there is 24x7 support for Atlantech, it is only for mission critical and businesses. Residential support is 8 am to 7pm. While these hours are good for some, others may find it too restrictive. DSL Reports should state what conditions 24x7 support are given, and at least ask the provider. Being put on hold then having to go to an answering machine waiting for support to take place is not 24x7. When looking for a good provider, it is nice to know both the sales and support lines are indeed open and staffed 24 hours a day. Otherwise 24x7 is just a marketing gaff. |
