At least you don't live on the border between chester and montgomery...in a low income area. We'll probably never see FIOS.

Some muni projects are resi-symmetrical, looks like VZ's gonna stick with asymmetry for now. I can't stand it, but truth is the average user is gonna want the down & under-utilize the up. It'll be interesting to see how VZ, over time, responds to server activity on it's resi accts.
