Do what I did, I have a barcode scanner (you could also use a modified cuecat which is dirt cheap). I print my password list as barcodes. Barcode fonts are easy to get for free off of the web and if someone were to glance at your list, they wouldn't be able to read any of the passwords. If someone stole it, time to change all your passwords.
