If the domain owners are in China and Russia (which most spam domains are these days), yep it would be that hard to arrest them. |

@clients.speedfactory | Although the Web sites may be hosted in places like China and Russia, the spammers are mostly right here in the USA. So yeah, I'd love to see someone go slap the cuffs on Alan Ralsky and his slimy brethren. |
