I had a similar problem with line distance. The credit card that the autopay had been on expired and I didn't notice the email notice that I had received. They said no problem and placed the reorder, but a few days later despite having had signal they canceled me and said I no longer qualified despite having them as my ISP for 1.5+ years. I still have no broadband and am back on 56k... |
