Isnt' ObjectDock the entire suite? What's the particular program that enables such shortcut storage with animation?

 On wincustomize there is a icon animation docklet, and at least the pay OD version also includes one. Depending on the animated icon you use you need one or the other. Wincustomize also has a selection of animated icons. To do my desktop I used the pay version of OD and Windowblinds, plus the free versions of Icon Packager, Icon Developer, and Cursor XP. All are available from www.stardock.com .
