| Problem is their tech support !!!
I left cable for Bell South DSL in July... I am now back to cable in December. Download speeds were all over the place, had to reboot the moden 4-5 times every day and my Lingo voip sounded terrible....But not now...I got Beep-Beep again. Also their tech support is non existant unless you can speak Hindu or perhaps Phillipino. Everytime I called I had a different accent with limited english trying to read from a script. If you move to BS you will be sorry.
Oh, Did I mention their pop3 server down more than up ? |
