Problem with a Motorola Surfboard (SB4200?)

Does anyone of you know why
my power lamp blinks all the time?

Before, it was stabile, though my online and activity lamps were blinking, as they should.
Now, it seems to connect in a normal matter, but after it's online, suddenly the power lamp blinks slowly, non stop.

Btw, this happened after a power-down. Can this matter?

(I cannot get online again, that's the problem!)

The power light blinking means that the modem is in diagnostic mode. Here's a link to the users manual:

If only the power light blinks but the other lights (send, receive, and online) are always on, then your modem has been configured to not allow you online.

Usually its done for one of two reasons:
1. You haven't paid your bill.
2. You've been caught breaking the Adelphia HSI terms of service.

Either way, call tech support. 1-888-683-1000.
