There are no daily limits to my knowledge, and if there were, I'm sure I'd have hit them by now.
As for the plan, that depends on your needs and budget.
I'd never expect to get advertised speeds from any company. I typically get around 3.6M to 3.8M down and just under the 384K up. I don't have the plus package. If you need the extra 2M down and 128K or so up, and you don't mind paying the extra 70% or whatever it is per month to get it, then go for it. IMO there's not enough of a value to justify the cost. If it were 8M down and 1M up then I'd consider it.
Think about it though, how much do you do that will require more than 4M down or 384K up? If you are wanting to do hosting of some sort, that can be done for MUCH less than $30 per month, and your users won't be painfully suffering through sharing your download bandwidth of 512K/sec or whatever it is for the Plus package. |
