And you also evince a certain lack of awareness for "context": neither the posting tag nor avatar you were responding to are preserved over time, so if either one of them changes eventually, your flame will be seen as devoid of any context whatsoever.

Besides, with some it *is* a religious war as far as Microsoft is concerned.
Of course the irony here is that Jeremy speaks of Sunbelt: "They're just being greedy, and attempting to cash in on this publicity." Many would agree that Microsoft is in this same category of corparate behavior. Hey, all they're trying to do (Sunbelt) is make a few bucks.

Sunbelt is just going for a payday on the wings of some publicity or a judge that's about as informed as alien9999999. Leave it to some idiot company to try to ruin something that could be good. I was anxious to see what came of this great tool after Microsoft got hold of it. Now I guess I'll have forgotten about it by the time the courts finish dragging their asses on it. And if some other company had bought something that Microsoft had a stake in, Microsoft wouldn't do the same thing?? | |

| Hardly... They are simply attempting to protect their intellectual property rights... They've already invested quite a bit in to this project and apparently are making money off of it. If that's the case, you can't blame them for trying to protect that investment.
