I use Musicmatch Jukebox 10 and I never saw that before.
For fun, I'm going to uninstall MMJB and see if it disappears.

[EDIT] It's gone! A few seconds after I started the uninstall, I watched the white dot disappear before my eyes!
Crazy stuff, huh?
Now I'll reinstall it as I'd miss my OnDemand!

Yes, in the uppermost lefthand corner... a tiny white dot. I can watch it appear right when XP is fully loaded (all systray icons loaded).

So by just reinstalling it it fixed it?

I have found the cause.... Musicmatch 10 installs a process called mim.exe. Go into Task Manager and end the process mim.exe. The little white dot will disappear before your eyes.... If anyone can offer additional info as to what mim.exe is, I'd appreciate it...
