They are all disgruntled at us because they called for a cheaper price, and thier speeds drops because of it. After we advise them what did it, they are even more pissed.
I also see topics as to "When will the $44.95 speeds be back... please I really want it"
As much as we would like to give it to you (within reason of course, line support it and such) we cannot make it reappear. |

| Some people don't read. No matter what you post you'll still have those folks who simply cannot follow simple directions like: "You have to do nothing, and don't try to change anything."
At some point you just have to wash your hands of them.
