One of the businesses that uses our IT consulting services had the Norvergence rep in the office one day while we were there. I had been following this BBR thread and found it quite humorous. When I confronted him with some very pointed questions, he got quite flustered and redfaced. I asked him point blank if the Matrix box was just an Adtran, and I added that I could prove it, he packed up and left the premise.

The business is still our customer!

I hope that the vice president of Sterling National and all the other collection agent go to prision for fraud.I hope they become some big guys girlfriend! Our service was never hooked up! Not even an order sent to the local phone company to do so yet they expect me to pay them for five years!
