Did you even research anything before you run your mouth?

As for it being a combination of emule and BT, wouldnt that end up being emule with slightly faster speeds?

I downloaded exeem beta 0.16 and it asks for a serial. The one I have doesn't work...

I thought the beta was a closed one only because they wanted to control the distribution of a client (to prevent RIAA and MPAA from getting it while in development).
