Where within the entire video clip do you see any logos, selling points, trademarks, etc? If it truly is a commercial, it's a poor one at that.
I say it's real. The camera angles are off, there is no selling point, and the voices in the background sound too candid. There is nothing professional about the footage. |

Nonsense. If I said, "Regis fait du ski," would you translate that as "Regis made a ski"? Not after a year of French - it would be "Regis is skiing". Here, "Regis [presumably the very resilient kayaker who got walloped] is kayaking". |
